Budget Car Rental

Was a great experience but the only thing was the car was picked by the dealer and i think for a first time customer, they could have picked a little better car than the one i had. So maybe next time , that will be better. Thank you staff for being friendly and helpful

Would it possible to give negative 100 stars? This was the worst car rental experience ever! I have never before felt the need to return a rental so quickly. First off, Diane had about 10 cars that Budget fleet drivers were taking back to other locations. Fine. So I wait for more than half an hour because somehow the customer is less important than they are. When she finally gets to me, she does not greet me, does not introduce herself, does not have a name tag. OK, whatever. She prints up the contract which is barely legible since the ink is so light and makes the excuse that the copy I keep will be easier to read. (Ok but not by much) When we get out to the van, which is an upgrade, it is filthy! Absolutely disgusting on all sides. "We don't have the capability to clean them here." I'm t

Just terrible!!! The worst moment after 11 hrs flight was when you arrived at car rental and you the only BUDGET company has TWO HOURS WAITING LINE!!!! The employee named Stacey told us this line is nothing exceptional so I said they should have mentioned this waiting time. So she just told us if we don’t like we should just rent from a different company. I understand this is not employees responsibility but still. What a customer service. Will no longer use this location. Vehicles are not inspected nor cleaned upon return and re-rented to you in the same condition it was received. My last incident was low tire pressure in which not only did I take a picture of the TPMS error message less than a quarter mile from the Budget location, but refilled the tire, replaced missing valve cap and proactively let Diane know upon return that there is a slow leak and to address it before it was re-rented again. Diane of course was not there during business hours (this has happened before as well), so had to contact her on her cell. Diane proceeds to tell me it was my fault, I must have driven over a nail and to file a claim. I told her it was rented to me in that condition and that I have a picture that shows a 1 mile difference on

Budget has been a disaster to deal with. The main office says they cannot communicate with their locations. They are telling me to drive an unsafe vehicle that has been in an accident or be stranded hours away from my home. They told me I had 2 choices1) call roadside assistance and be stranded or 2) drive 3 hours to the Broadway location in a car that is a danger to be on the road. I caught the local employee on Broadway in tacoma, wa smoking phentynal , the smoke was thick in the customer waiting area. Budget rental makes it policy to put their customers in danger and exposes them to phentynal. And they don't care one bit.
