It is run by a husband and wife team who go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They really care about helping you with your needs not making a profit from you. Always greeted us with a smile and even gave us a free upgrade by letting us pick a car in our group. Will 100% definitely be returning again.
The company had individuals working there who were very incompetent. Both individuals I spoke with stated that they just moved to that location and the owner had no clue about the area. I was aldo double charged on my credit card. I called their corporate office for help and received minimal assistance. Please do not use the Tallahassee Budget rental on W. Tennessee Street or you will be severely disappointed! 😞😔😕😒
Be aware !!!!!!! Nobody’s wearing uniform cars are dirty overcharge promise a refund but not!!!!!!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
This location is a franchise and it's better than the airport location. The owner is a doll. She will go out of her way to accommodate you.😘😘
The staff here is awesome! They helped me be able to still rent car after I had initial issues.
