Budget Car Rental

Today I had an excellent experience at Budget Rent a Car thanks to Rud, the sales associate who assisted me at the check-in counter. He went above and beyond to help me get my rental, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I had a very stressful week, and his compassion and positive attitude were the light of my day. He is truly a wonderful representative of your company..

**IMPORTANT MESSAGE** THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED 350 W Rte 59, Nanuet, NY 10954 is the new location

This location, in Nanuet New York, no longer exists! The budget website says that it does exists, and provides an address that is a vacant building. Calling customer service at the national number resulted in getting a different address down the road, a location which also does not exist. People at local shops gave us the same address as before, a location which apparently used to exist. Wasted hours trying to find it. --The budget website allowed us to place a reservation at this non-existent location, took our credit card information, and gave us a fake address. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

We have rented a car from Budget a couple of times during our last visit to the US. We were very satisfied with the service provided by a very helpful and pleasant employer at this place. She did her best to manage our reservation. She was really top!! Highly recommend this company and their loyal attitude to the clients. (based on our negative experience with other rental companies)

All the 1-star ratings are valid. The service is beyond bad; you should believe and move on. Rude, slow, opened 45 minutes late, no comment, no apologies, really unprofessional. Rented a small truck, arrived on time, they had no record said they lost my online reservation and it didn't matter cause they had no trucks left. I left to go to U-haul, 2 minutes later they called and said they found a truck. it was filthy dirty, even for a truck. And on and on.
