I had a great experience with Budget Rental Car! The booking process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. Check-in and return were both smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated the affordable pricing and the quality of service. I’ll definitely be using Budget again for future rentals — highly recommend!

This is a public service announcement. Save yourself and rent elsewhere. You will be here all day and night. The line is extremely long. Each transaction is 20 mins and there is only one person at the counter and there is no one helping this poor lady’. Budget- do better. It’s bad! Really bad!

Budget in Tucson (East Valencia Rd office) off the airport was by far the best rental experience in years! Julio does and excellent job and provides great service with attention to detail. Including contacting me by phone to make sure I still wanted my reservation. Being the only one in line I had my car minutes. Most of the reviews I read are old and in February 2025 this changed. This will be my go to place in Tucson in the future.

I'm just a bit peeved at Budget. Our rental started having electrical issues while we were on our trip to Tucson, AZ, so we called, explained, and got another car. That was fine. The problem began when we got the replacement car. The guy at the counter in Tucson miskeyed the vehicle number, and nobody caught it. When we got home, we turned in the car early. Budget INSISTED that we still had a vehicle, and after I called and got it straightened out, they hit my card for over $1k and have been absolutely dragging their asses in giving it back. It's been 3 WEEKS!!! Never will I ever rent from them again.

No other option then less then One star They Suck This company is suck Dont get your car rental from Budged ! I did everything on line and they sent me location to pick the car , Ive paid in full which was 400$ for 4 days When I showed up to that budged office was on Valencia Tucson City They asked for my credit card Which I don't use I told them I dont use credit card Which I gave them my wife's credit card they were saying no has to be in your name , any ways They didn't gave us the car and we had to uber back to the hotel. and they told me to cancel it and call this number to get your refund back which I did right away and they never answered me ! called again in the morning and the lady said oh yeah will get your money back dont worry Guess what its been over 23 days and haven't seen m
