Budget Car Rental

The experience was quite depressing after having to found that they charged me daily penalty fee despite the fact I had called budget customer support and had extended my rental. The representative hanged up my phone multiple times when i tried getting in touch He stated he could not hear me and hunged up which was not true because when he heard me voice instantly hungs the call. However when I call with different No. No issues whatsoever the WHOLE PLAY TO CHARGE THE EXTRA FEE. The disappointing part was when I had extended my rental and hold extra funds on my credit card by helpline the representative seemed unaware and still charged the penalty fee. If I could leave a negative star review I would, and I have never left a review less than five stars before. I had a pleasant experience picking up and had a good car. At pickup the manager told me to bring the car back with at least half a tank of gas. I brought the car back the next day with the gas gauge over half a tank (and a receipt showing it had been half full at pickup). They told me they would have to charge me $17 per gallon to make up the difference I drove or I could leave and go put a gallon of gas in the car. I had to get my kids from daycare so could not, and instead am eating the cost. If they hadn't told me just to bring it back over half full, I wouldn't be upset, but it's the gaslighting of what they told me, and the unwillingness even to recognize this that gets me. Wi

I'm about to return a car so if I get a random fee of course I will edit my rating. I just want to let everyone know that this is in the Marriott hotel and maps led me across the street to the wrong place

The clerk was respectful but perhaps understaffed and under pressure. the car was unacceptable for a rental, however. I ordered a Toyota Camry for a long distance haul, and was told only a 4Runner was available (gas chugger). It was dirty on the outside, but I said okay as long as it works. I get home and find a headlight is cracked, there is ice cream on the door window, and the rear right blinker is defective. The car has 34k miles. It seems the car was unprepared and there was no preparation for the reservation I made weeks ago. On top of this, they charged me $50 because the tank was only at 7/8, which was the fuel reading the car began at. It was a hassle getting that settled. I trusted too much, document and check everything and make sure you get a receipt at the end. I recommend t
