Budget Car Rental

Very happy with the service at this location. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The car is always ready and clean. I forgot something in the car upon leaving it and they were nice enough to call me immediately. Would recommended to anyone

Returned my car to the Vero Beach airport and left the keys in the drop box. I called later that day to make sure they got the keys and the car since it was showing the car had not been returned. They said yes everything was good. When I never received an emailed receipt I called corporate to get one. The car still had not been checked in. Now am being charged for 2 additional days and the 4 gallons of gas that are missing. Never again.

I rented a car from this Budget location about two weeks ago. The service and car were both fine. The day after returning the vehicle, I received a call informing me that there was a chip or crack in the windshield and that I would be held responsible for the repair. I did not notice any damage when I dropped the car off. Today I received both photos and a bill for $609. The damage shown in the pictures looks quite obvious, something I believe I would have noticed at the time of return. In fairness, I’ve rented from Budget many times across different locations without any prior issues, and I don’t see evidence that this same issue is a common problem at this location. Still, I wanted to share my experience so that others are reminded to request a vehicle inspection at drop-off whenever

Rented Premium SUV (2023 Ford Expedition XL) from Denver Airport location and it was absolutely filthy both inside and out. It was obviously not detailed or even run through the automatic car wash before renting it to us to the tune of $940/week. The inside of the vehicle was not only an absolute mess and dirty but also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We are Fast Break members so we did not deal with an agent at the location - we are supposed to go to the assigned spot for the vehicle and the keys are inside of it. The line to speak with someone was 25 -30 people long so we instead started our vacation by using a whole package of wipes to clean the inside and drove an extremely dirty vehicle for the entire stay. Never again Budget!

My first choice for rental always, the only one who doesn’t push to buy extra expensive insurance. Pick up and drop off is always very nice and easy. If I have had questions or problems, we always find solutions together. And also price is just unbeatable.
