Budget Car Rental

They are so understaffed that they can never answer the phone, always forwarded to the eight hundred number. Then the agent at the 800 number says to call back to get hold of the local office. They were never able to answer my questions. When I dropped off my car, I was able to speak to a lady who explained exactly what what's going on with the charges on my card and the contract, but since I had to come into the office to get that information I just turned my car in early and went to another rental company by uber. Both agents I dealt with were on the ball and able to help, but overworked and the only person there. Quick and honest service! Not to mention very budget friendly

First I would like to say the customer service is second to none, The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had a small issue that was fixed , But Darren and Jackie are phenomenal. And Tracy was able to resolve the issue. I recommend this place, Great place to get your rentals . 💯💯 Thanks guys Malvin J

I have reservation at 8 and I was told to wait 45 to hour. Thats crazy why have reservations. To wait when I have to get to work crazy if I would of known before I would of went else this is crazy!!

The lady in the office had a bit of an attitude .. maybe she was having a bad morning but hopefully she has a better day
