If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked a reservation a month in advance. Morning of my reservation I went to get my rental and was told they don’t have anything available and they couldn’t tell me when they would. Couldn’t get another car anywhere else either because I needed it that day. When I called to try to talk to someone they said Reservations aren’t the same as inventory and this is just how they do things. Completely ruined our trip.

I made a reservation through Costco Travel on December 7 for a trip on December 22. Two hours before my scheduled pickup time, Budget Rental called to inform me that they did not have a minivan available and said they would contact me when one became available. Unfortunately, they never called back. I went to the office in person to check availability, but there was still no minivan available. As a result, my trip was completely ruined.

The Ethiopian lady ( I will assume she is the manager ) apparently doesn’t know how to make a difference between GBT AMEX reservation and regular customers. She asked me to show her my work badger for the confirmed reservation. Would give zero if I could.

I understand where these reviews are coming from - this location is busy and understaffed. I personally had a great experience - Grant was hustling by himself to help 3 people all picking up at 8am and he had to wash the cars to get them ready. He was doing the best he possibly could, with kindness. My rental was returned easily without incident. I did have to wait 20 minutes to hand the keys back, but again, they were very busy and customers in front of me were upset about situations beyond the employees control. Thanks again Grant!

I rented a car through priceline.com and purchased accident insurance also through them. When I arrived at Budget to pickup the car, the lady at the counter informed me that Budget would not accept the insurance I purchased through priceline.con and needed to purchase through them. I didn't want to purchase car insurance twice so I cancelled the reservation and rented a car through Hertz (Hertz did not have an issue with insurance purchased through priceline.com)
