Budget Muffler Brake & Alignment

I came to the shop with a vision on a completely custom exhaust. Was able to get the car in the pit and go under with Todd and Carlos, and I physically showed them my vision. Most shops don’t let the customers near the car so it is hard to explain sometimes. The place is LOW CAR FRIENDLY! I am 3 inches off the floor….if that and was able to make it in and out with barely scraping. I left my car there and had Todd’s phone #. He was sending me videos and pictures throughout the entire process and kept me updated. Texted me for permission for certain steps when something needed confirmation. Was nice knowing they didn’t go ahead and just do what they wanted.

They did a great job, overpriced for the emergency aspect of the repair. I had found the complete exhaust for 350 but had no way of driving to go and purchase it. So when they said it would be 400 to fix the exhaust . Even though it was expensive to fix I had to do it. I explained can you do a cheap fix . " I can only do professional work, the cost is 400". I feel confident then that at least the repair would last. When I left the muffler was vibrating alot and they explained this is not normal ( didn't vibrate like that before) . I took off ( 1973 VW bus) and got stranded on the freeway. Exhaust valve burn out from the exhaust with a broken muffler. Turns out the muffle vibration was the loose muffler at the heads. So I called with the stranded Bus back home , broken engine . They said
