They got me in right away and got me taken care of in no time. All of my buddies use this shop as well and none of them have had any issues. They were the best priced exhaust shop I could find. Highly recommend.

CONSUMER BEWARE. Very Rude owner. Gives a time to show up for service then forgets about it and will blame you, acting as if you're there for Curb service . Very unprofessional and condescending. He should retire before his obvious dimentia gets worse. I do not recommend this shop for service of any kind as I feel he will rip you off forgetting the price he gave. I got a better price with professional service in Waynesville. Last job I had done here the welding work was very poor and bracket came loose 20-30 miles down the road. If your a Conservative he will sabotage the work, 2 former employees stated who are friends of mine. You'll pay someone to fix his work. STAY AWAY unless you want a headache to go along with the problem your having. This is my opinion based on my experience here.

Do not recommend. He is a very arrogant man. Very ugly in nature. His work is horrible and I believe he is the cause of my muffler falling after instalation. Changed the price after work was done and tailpipes were crooked had to pay someone else to fix his work.

Most hateful man I have ever met. Even went so far to say that I was too happy and nice. I would never give him one penny of my money. He’s just a grumpy old man.

My friend recommended Budget Mufflers when I mentioned I had exhaust issues on my vehicle & I'm so glad she did. Saw me right away, gave me a same-day (within the hour) fix at an amazing price!! I will DEFINITELY bring any future exhaust/Muffler repairs to them!!
