Incredibly rude man working at the counter today. Arrived at the same time as a couple of other people, the office doors were locked and when the employee came to unlock it he acted like we were all a huge disturbance to him. Looked in my car and stated there was dog hair everywhere and I could either go vacuum the car or be charged $400. (Took the car on vacation, there was no dog in or around the vehicle.) We asked for a manager to which he responded he was the only one there. When we returned he stated it was “passable” and then got me my receipt and rudely told me to have a nice day. Do not recommend renting a car from this location.

The front desk person today, 3/2/26, was extremely rude. The website was glitching and wouldn’t let us book so I tried to do it in person. My travel plans don’t include a “return” flight so she wanted me to provide two pieces of mail with my name on it. I’m sorry what? Am I at the dmv? She was rude to everyone inside too, someone needed the building address and she sad they can just google. They said their phone was dead and she said we’ll just use google. Okay cool. This branch experience was terrible. Choose somewhere else

Sue gave us a good service and helped us solving the rental issues. We enjoyed a nice journey. Thank her a lot.

Yo budget is not that bad of a rental company. I’ve used a few times in the past but this experience with them was absolutely atrocious. There is an Asian front desk lady that probably is one of the worst human beings I’ve ever run into so much to the point where I didn’t need a rental car that bad and just like completely squashed all my plans and needs just so difficult to deal with from walking in the door to and she was like her personal goal just to get me pissed off and not patronize the business so would that to be said I canceled and went somewhere else that wasn’t budget. I’m sure some other customers have also not had a good time with this lady, but budget probably doesn’t care. To add onto that she’s claiming it’s policy but she wants me to send her personal protective informat

I'm only giving one star because I have to give them a rating to comment. I booked a car with budget through the Costco travel. My wife and I we're going to Vegas for our wedding and wanted to rent a luxury car. I picked this location as it was closest to where I'm located. As my wife and I pulled up to pick up the car their lot was completely empty except for a bunch of box trucks, I was thinking maybe they had the car I had reserved in a garage and we're going to pull it out. As I got to the desk he looked up my reservation and told me the only thing that was available was an Ev. I am not familiar with an EVE and I do not want to have the hassle of trying to find charge stations while I'm on a road trip. As I was asking him about what other things he could do for me he had no answers wh
