I was assigned to them through my insurance. This was the fastest service for towing I've ever received! Sam was awesome, he professionally handled my car and even had a good ear to suggest what was wrong when it couldn't start. He was absolutely right! Recently, the tread started peeling off one of our tires while we were driving just a short distance from home. Not wanting to see what a flying tire looks like in real life, we turned around and headed back to the house. We called Budget Towing and Recovery, and they gave us a quote over the phone to tow our van to a local tire shop. They said a truck could be there in about an hour—but the driver actually showed up sooner (how often does that happen?). He charged exactly what was quoted, which turned out to be a very reasonable price—especially compared to what we’ve paid for towing in the past. The driver handled our van with care, loading and unloading it like it was his own. We were thoroughly impressed with their service, professionalism, and price. Highly recommend Budget Towing—f

I have to say at such a crummy time, traveling from Florida to Alabama my car broke down. I had to be towed that night and Brad was absolutely nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to help us try to find auto repair after hours. Got us to our hotel safely. Then the very next morning, I had to call for tow again to get my car to the shop. Tim was so nice and helpful. Budget Towing, you have some awesome employees!! 10/10

I want to say that Steven came to help us out with towing and this man went over and beyond. He was able to get the truck started and give us an idea of what was going on. I was stuck on a forest service road with little cell service and needed to get pulled out of mud. I couldn't believe how quickly Nicholas got to us. I figured at least an hour, maybe 2, but he was there in 30 mins! He was so kind and very efficient. And very fair rates. I highly recommend Budget Towing. Thank you again, Nicholas.
