Budget Truck Rental

Highly recommend this company! We were using Hertz and they canceled on us an hour before pick up and we panicked and found this company, the owners were absolutely sweethearts and extremely to the point it made the process so easy! The sprinter van was perfect for our event we needed it for and returning it was super simple. We definitely will be using them again next year when we are back for this event! Pricing is absolutely fair as well. Because of their help we were able to attend our event in peace.

Great customer service, had a new van ready for me when I got there. Was worried reading some of the other reviews, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The place is pretty beat, smells like smoke but the rental worked out great for me with exceptional customer service, would recommend.

Horrible customer service at the Sprinkle Road location. Office was disgusting and employees were smoking. Whole office smelled like smoke. Person in charge of the truck rental couldn't be found and when she was called couldn't bother to come in to do her job. We drove through ice and snow to pick up a truck we'd reserved. Google hours for the shop the rental is located said "7-2." When we get there we were informed that the truck rental part is only "7-9." This makes no sense to stay open for only two hours on a weekend day, when most people need to move. I feel we were lied to and treated with disrespect. The office was shady, and the employees were disgusting. Don't bother with thus location. We left and rented from Uhaul, was cheaper and friendlier.

Read a couple of the other reviews saying Budget called them last minute saying they didnt have the truck that they made a reservation for, so I decided to call and confirm the reservation I made for a truck two months ago. First of all getting ahold of someone in the office was very difficult, had to call six or seven times, and when I called the auto shop that the budget rental is in, the man on the phone was very rude, saying he didn't work for budget (but his phone number is listed on the budget website?) When I finally got in touch with someone who worked for budget, she was very nice but apparently she was "unable to get a truck because of restrictions in the state" ?? So after making a reservation for a truck two months in advance they were unable to provide the truck. And who knows

Truck rented to me was 3 qts low on oil, and needed trans fluid. Was filthy and smelled like a landfill. However, roadside assistance was top notch and was up and running in just over an hour after a flat tire. Despite these issues, I made the 2400 mi trip just fine.
