Budget Truck Rental

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with getting me in a truck. Daniel even helped me push and jumpstart my car when it suddenly died in their lot. 5/5 service

I rented a truck from them a few weeks ago. The associate showed us the truck and took a walk around to look at it. A few scratches and one dent on the truck which as fine since it was already there. I used the truck returned it with a full tank the following day and I was told my security deposit would be refunded back to me in 7-10 business days. It’s October 15 and I have yet to receive my money. I called customer service and I hit the typical corporate BS response. Smh they get1 Star only because the truck ran well, That’s their only saving grace. From here on out I’ll never rent a truck from them again.

The truck i rented was not secured to the cabin and it rained THROUGH the vehicle on me and my important items! UNREAL! They did offer me a $27.12 refund though! Worst place ever! I wouldn't take a free truck if it was offered!

I am a car hauler. This place is easy to get to but you have to unload or load in the street. Just face south and all the way on the right shoulder with your hazards on. You can drop overnight here. There is a key drop in front of the main entry doors. You must come in from the north going southbound. There is a bridge just before you get to them. The height is 14 feet 6 inches. Very easy and good place to go. They make it easy for you.

Had a mix up with a rental truck that was completely our own fault. We brought the truck back and the gentleman behind the counter helped us out the best he could. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend them for all your rental needs
