Budget Truck Rental

If there was less than 1 star I would have given this location. I am not sure how this particular office is in business with horrible attitude and customer misjnformation.. The employee that I had interaction with claims that she does not see my reservation, but both customer service agents could.Customer service agent Diane at 37511 made the day by giving me alternate pick up area. The employee claimed she was the supervisor, I think the business won't last if employees with this type of customer service profile is tolerated to become a supervisor.

Wow. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. The woman that was there had such a great personality and her customer service skills were impeccable. I would recommend this place as they will go out of their way to help you. The truck rental was clean, sanitized and great condition.

I have rented a car twice from this location. The whole experience was perfect. The staff are kind, courteous, precise and upgraded me both times. On the 2nd occasion, I accidentally left behind my shades. The owner of the location, Ms Lorelai Cochiaousie; was kind and patient enough to trace me ; call me & then hand over my belonging. I call this impeccable customer service. I will go to his place only for my car rental needs. Awesome experience.

Very clean location, easy to get to right off of 580. Nice parking lot that surrounds the building so it's easy and quick to get to any car/truck in the lot. The staff were very friendly, know the vehicles and also go above and beyond. My only gripe was with the rental truck, the fuel gauge wasn't as accurate as it should have been, but they did identify that. The fuel gauge read 3/4 tank when it was full, and showed me the fuel level at the top in the tank to verify. Overall great service here!

In the last few years, I frequently rented a car from Budget location in Pleasanton, CA. I always had a good experience; most recent experience was last week I rented Ford Fusion it was almost new it has few miles, the weekly price was great. The staff was excellent as usual. I will keep coming back to this location.
