Budget Truck Rental

Rented a truck for what I thought would be $100.00, they did not have the truck size that I needed. Supposedly they would upgrade me to a bigger size! Only to literally charge me 100.00 more than what I was told I would pay. A major inconvenience, the truck was not ready on time. Do not go here! Stick with U-Haul please!

Awesome truck, great experience. I purchased a four day, one way rental of a 12 foot box truck. The truck was very new, only 9,500 miles on it. It was a very comfortable 12 hour ride. Truck performed great and the pick up and drop off locations were helpful and friendly.

Reserved a truck online. Day of my move they called and canceled, saying they overbooked and didn't have a truck available. Had hired movers and my lease was up, so I had to be out. Really messed things up for me financially and emotionally.

Terrible, thievery and dishonest practices. I will be pursuing my complaint to the furtherest extent of the law! They assume people don't understand their rights and the law! It is a crime and fraud to go into a person's account without first getting explicit consent!

Less than 24 hours of my moving I called to verify the time of my pick up and was told they don't have the truck and are trying to find one. But there's none in a 55 mile radius. I called the customer service and they will send an email to some manager and they will contact me. Mind you is 4:30pm and my pick up is tomorrow at 10am. Horrible service and the employees are very poor in customer service skills. Needless to say I rented with Penske . Another thing I asked how come you do a reservation and don't have trucks, his answer, we don't know until the day before what's going to be picked up. Please avoid the hassle. Don't use budget. Very irresponsible.
