Budget Truck Rental

The person working the counter was very nice and professional. However she had me complete an incident form because the passenger side window would not roll up. I don't think it's the renters responsibility for a window failure, that seems to be normal wear and tear. It's the same as the radio not working, unless there were obvious physical damage. Also, the radio didn't work. 😬 It's neither here nor there for me, and no reflection on the counter person, she handled everything else just fine, I'm only sharing to suggest training on this. Thank you!

Please improve your employees speed and if they cannot manage to speed up process then hire more people. Because it is ridiculous to wait 2 hours just to pickup your already booked and paid car because there will be long line and only 1 old lady will be handling each customer in more than 1 hour per customer

Very fast service. Kind staff, and it’s a breath of fresh air that they act like normal humans and not customer service robots. I love it here! There are two locations on Google Maps maybe by accident? I am unsure, but it is the same place. Hours M-F 8am-5pm; Sat-Sun 9am-12pm. 👍🏾

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my recent experience with Budget (I rented from this location). When I reserved a 10-foot truck, I was never informed that I would be given an electric transit van instead. Having never driven an electric vehicle, I had no idea what I was walking into, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency and guidance from Budget is unacceptable. I was given no instructions about what kind of port the vehicle used, how to plan for charging, or where to even find compatible charging stations. To make matters worse, nearly half of the stations I located were either broken, completely full, or no longer existed. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. I recently completed a one-way rental from Livonia, MI to Sacramento, CA. Despite having a reservation, there were limited cargo vans available at pickup. The Livonia location managed to quickly turn around a recently returned van for us, though it had visible cosmetic damage and wasn’t filled with gas. We were instructed to return it in the same condition, and we documented the damage with videos before departing. Due to the long-distance trip, the reservation was set for 9 days. Upon returning the vehicle in Sacramento, we had misplaced the paperwork. The agent there claimed they couldn’t close out the reservation without it and insisted the vehicle was “filthy” (it was not),
