Budget Truck Rental

I’m going to let the pictures speak for themselves. The cabin was filthy. The truck was not well maintained and has starter issues. As you can see, the seal is coming apart and is unbearably loud when driven on the highway. This truck should not be in operation due to the door not being attached to the frame. The only redeeming factor in all of this is that it was slightly cheaper to rent when compared to u-haul but after seeing the condition and issues I would have rather paid the premium to get a more reliable truck. I should have gone with u-haul.

Scheduled a truck for moving for 4 hours, 8 to noon. Showed up at 8, didn't get the truck until 8:40 with only one rep working the desk. The rep gave me a full lecture on how I needed to bring it back on time. Truck was dirty. After rushing with the truck to my place to load it, discovered the 10 moving blankets I had paid for through the site were not put in the truck - so if you order some extras wit the truck to be picked up at this location, make sure you ask the rep if they're in there. Overall poor service at this location. Will probably avoid using budget to rent trucks in the future, and will DEFINITELY avoid this location to do it. Uhaul has a full up service station down the road.

Montana was the man he was very professional and helped me the whole way through the process of extending my rental. Give that guy a raise he was great.
