Amazing company to work with and I understand why they have been around for almost 50 years as a small shop. They are not out to rip you off like some or try to convince you to have extra work done. They were upfront and honest every step.of the way and explain all the options available to make my repairs. Staff was friendly, super helpful and great about communicating status of repairs. (Shout out to Mel she is an awesome service adviser.) I will definitely be using bud's for all my future repairs and maintenance.

Amazing shop and friendly staff and overall hands down the best shop I've done business with for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend Buds for your transmission service and any repairs on your vehicle necessary. I have a 2014 Ford Taurus SEL and they performed a 120 point inspection, performed a transmission service on my vehicle and installed some bright led headlights. The team at Buds is the best!!! After getting a concerning quote from the Honda dealership I took my car to Buds for a 2nd opinion and they went the extra mile in ensuring what repairs needed to be done now and even found a discrepancy with what Honda had said they had completed. I saved $1000! Beyond the service, their receptionist was a pure professional, knowledgeable, and humble. Admitted when she didn’t know the answer and quickly got answers for me from the subject matter experts promptly- a far cry from the experience at the dealership! I will be going again!!

I appreciate that buds does a full service check inspection of your vehicle and they let you know what things might need addressed. They found my problem which was a starter. They also of course my radiator was leaking. So it would need to be replaced. Of course they flushed the system and of course you have a hefty charge of diagnostic on everything they do. So get to the point it was $3,500 for a new start and new radiator and of course the upper and lower radiator hoses . Which by the way I price checked every part they put in on my own. And when I asked about the price on the parts I was told we only use good parts nothing after market. So guess what be prepared to pay 5 x times the cost. I also asked what is your shop rate per hour? I got the most elusive answer ive ever heard. Bottom
