I typically do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience as a buyer-beware notice for other consumers. (BTW I RESIDE IN PA) Prospective buyers should be cautious of any dealership that does not offer transparency or allow customers the freedom to choose their own financing. A fundamental part of an ethical car-buying process is giving consumers the ability to obtain and fund a vehicle in the manner that best suits their financial situation. Unfortunately, this dealership does not operate with that principle in mind. Just bought my 2023 Mitsubishi outlander from Bud’s today and the staff there is excellent. So quick and easy. Ran into a few issues because apparently the people that I have insurance with are idiots but the staff at Buds helped easy my worries away. In and out within an hour and the kids are so excited for the third row seating! Thanks again for everything to everyone at Buds auto!!

This place is such bull crap!! The way you refuse to hold a car for somebody who told you they were coming back on a Saturday and the car gets sold on a Friday makes ZERO sense. This place didn’t even handle the situation well, when the car was sold all you get is an email saying “Car was sold, Thanks”. No wonder the truck was sitting there for over a month, it’s because the way the place is run is stupid.

We found a 2022 Ram 1500 that was everything we wanted in a truck. Since we were traveling over two hours to the dealership, we made sure we were pre approved for our loan through our local credit union. When we arrived, everyone was fairly polite. Until we started to get our paper work filled out. Their financial officer, told us we could "wipe our butts with our pre approval", and told us our credit union had denied our loan. Confused, we were given no choice but to enter into another loan at a MUCH higher interest rate. Upset, we called our credit union, only to find out that the dealership LIED TO US. We bought a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country at the end of April. It was full of all the bells and whistles. The "only" thing wrong with it was the blind spot light didn't work on one of the outside mirrors. We took it home only to find that a few days later the van wouldn't start. We called Dan and he said it was probably the battery. So, another trip over and sure enough there was a bad battery. They switched it out and off we went. We had a chilly day so i figured I'd put the seat heaters on..no seat heaters. Another trip over to Buds and after the seats were checked they found that new parts had to be ordered. They would call when they came in. A few weeks later, getting into the van and "surprise"! The battery was dead. Our local garage started the van and we went along another few day
