My grandson's engine light came on. You didn't have an appt until 12,-30. With all the driving he does for college and work, I didn't feel safe waiting that long. Being a AAA member made an appt with Bob Sumeral. They called me soon after the diagnostic and had $2,300+ in repairs, including 4 new tires. I stressed I just wanted the car road worthy, no extras. That was their opinion, I should have talked with my grandson before I gave ok, as we both trust Buds but he had to go to Lexington on Sat. When he came home and heard what I did he couldn't believe I didn't check with. So I immediately called Bob Sumeral and told them not to start anything. We both talked to Lisa at Buds. Got me in right away and was extremely professional. Service was outstanding and prices were very fair. Would highly recommend them.

My daughter is a student. She had a flat and also couldn’t get her car to jump. I saw the reviews for this place and felt comfortable sending her there. So we had the car towed there. The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice. However, they had her car for over a week and every time I called to check on it, they were supposedly running diagnostics and checking things but always needed another 24-48 hours. I kept waiting for a call with an estimate. Finally, after all that, I called and they said it was just the battery and they patched a tire. They charged us 370 dollars for a new battery and a patch without an estimate or getting f our opinion on anything. The next day her tire was flat again. Took it to tire discounter. The service I received at Bud‘s was outstanding. As a female college student who knows exactly as much about cars as I look like I do, I was on the hunt for a car mechanic shop that I can trust to give honest evaluations and provide me with knowledge about my own vehicle, and I was so impressed by the professionalism and kindness I experienced in the shop. Prices were totally reasonable. I am never going anywhere else!
