I recently purchased a 21 Mustang that had had light front end and fender damage. The original owner had the front bumper replaced with an unpainted GT500 aftermarket and the body shop that did the repair to the fenders did a horrible job. You could see the sanding lines in the fender through the new paint and the bondo was already cracking in some places after 8 months... I wanted it fixed right so after research I decided to bring it to Buds and I am so glad I did. They walked me through the steps it would take to fix right and gave me a very reasonable quote. Buds put new fenders on the car, fixed some radiator brackets and other supports that were overlooked by the previous body shop then painted the front end, fenders and hood. Poor workmanship and poorer customer experience. Bumper was not aligned and left loose on one side, fisheyes and dirt in the paint, waves in bodywork, tail light not installed correctly, and they clear coated one entire bedside on a single stage truck - now it looks completely different than the rest of the vehicle. They showed indifference to the quality of their work and referred me back to insurance instead of honoring their warranty/guarantee. Now I'll need to spend hours finding someone else to fix it, and most shops around here are very reluctant to take on re-work from somewhere else. I went to Buds to keep money local and because I had heard good things...not happy to have to take my business out of town and to have found such apathy in a local business.

I took my car to Buds to fix some problems that another car dealer created. I must say I am very picky about my car. I take very good care of it and take pride in the condition I keep it in. When this problem happened I was devistated. We took it to Buds because I knew I would be happy and I sure am! They did a beautiful job fixing my car and I highly recommend them. Service is top notch , had to have truck fixed from wreck and from start to finish was highly impressed . Whole truck was clean as could be inside and out ! Great job and amazing company .
