Roy came out to Brazos Bend State Park on a Sunday afternoon to tow my truck. He told me it would take about an hour and a half to get there, he showed up in about 45 minutes. He was professional and everything went smoothly. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a good experience. We even had a great conversation during the tow, which made the whole process easier. I really appreciated his reliability and professionalism. Highly recommend if you need a tow.

Top notch towing company! Our driver made a wrong turn down a gravel road and got his trailer and front end stuck in ruts. Couldn’t move forward or back. I had called the first tow company I found and they said ETA an hour. After waiting over two hours for them I found Buentello and cancelled the other guys. Scored a touch down with these guys. They arrived within an hour like they said they would and had our driver turned around in no time. Very professional, Rene kept me updated through out the process. You hope to never have to use the services they provide but these are a great group of people to work with. I highly recommend using them!!!
