Overall, good experience. They were honest and upfront about the work and costs, and always called if they found something else that needed attention before proceeding. My only gripe is the Steve guy; the customer service experience between him and Will is world's apart. Steve shouldn't be let anywhere near the customer service desk or phone! If you get Will on the phone, you'll be a much happier customer.

Bought a museum piece, so there was a lot to do underneath. Now almost everything is new. They did everything they said they’d do and more. If you want quality work and parts, this is the place to go. 5/31 blew up my clutch. Will and his crew had me back on the road in a little over a day. Second visit was as good as the first. If you have a vintage bug, this is the place you want to take it.
