Got the 60 wash asked yall do door panels and windows right and went out twice so far and windows werent done and dust on dash on a 2025 truck with 13k miles. I WILL STAY TILL THEY GET IT RIGHT. I was at Buggy Bath on 2/18/26 to just get Our Tucson washed, vacuumed and windows washed. Upon arriving there were two cars ahead of us. It was an hour before I got in my car to drive away. Weather was nice so we sat on the bench outside. Our Tucson washed parked in full view. What we watched was the most discombobulated display of two guys wiping down cars that I have ever seen in my life. Walking around like they were completely lot, continuously looking around to see what was going on instead of concentrating on the vehicle, leaving the car to go and talk to other people. It was totally ridiculous. One guy who was waiting interrupted him to get his vehicle because he was tired of waiting and he was in line behind me. I'm going to have to change my rating. Generally speaking, I was content using this car wash. The tire wax always looks good, and the car always held a clean scent for a while after a visit. The cleaners are always friendly, which is a plus. However, in my last visit the paint of my car was chipped. I'll admit that I came in when they were busy, and my car exterior was a bit dirtier than usual since I was sick for some time. I'm usually forgiving of a few things. A few streaks on the door or mirror don't bother me. I saw one spot where the paint was chipped and let it go. I had other commitments and up until then, the carwash had always been a generally good experience. But as the day went on, I noticed more paint chips. None of these chips were there before the car wash. I don't know

Unfortunately, I was not able to use the services of Buggy Bathe, so this is a review of their pricing. I brought my Honda Odyssey to the Virginia Beach location to get a quote on a complete detail service. The Buggy Bathe pamphlet states the cost of a complete detail service is from $349.95 for most vehicles. My car is not that dirty, no kids or pets, just a little grass, but it is a van. The quote was $1,000! The person giving the quote said the owner told him that was what he needed to charge for mini vans, because they take a long time to clean. I can see an extra $50-100, but $650 more? I am not sure why such an upcharged, but this company will not be getting my business!

This car wash is easily one of the best around. The team is super friendly and always works hard to make sure every car leaves looking great.
