Excellent service and amazing results. Buggy Shower Car Wash did a full detail, cut and buff, and headlight restoration on my 2010 Chevy Tahoe, and it turned out fantastic. The paint looks smooth and glossy again, and the headlights look almost brand new. The detail team pays great attention to detail and clearly takes pride in their work. Worker found a dollar in my car and gave it back to me after he was done asked me to check to see if anything was missing I told him I didn't have to because you are honest.

It’s really sad to see how this place has declined since it was bought from the original owner Chris Dasilva. About half of the fixtures in the car wash are not working Nothing has been cleaned or painted and over a decade. The employees try their hardest, but there’s only so much they thank you can do. I hope the owner decides to put some of their money back into the business to keep a Madera landmark viable. Do better Madera.

Excellent customer service and service provided. The cashier was fantastic at her job, running back and forth for all the receipts, attentive to all the needs at the front including an abandoned vehicle and assisting in cars loading onto the track to be washed. She rocked every aspect of the front end, kindly, professionally, and as efficiently as possible. The guy prepping the cars at the start of the wash was also attentive in his position, kindly guided me onto the track and gave a thorough pre wash. I’m used to the tracks that are on a steady moving system but here the cars don’t move into the wash until after they are well prepped, I liked that. The guys receiving the cars at the vacuums were equally attentive and careful. Each car has an assigned worker, everyone is being attended to

More details coming soon with names of individuals who blatantly tell lies to get our business and then don't actually deliver on what they say they can and will do. How the owner allows this type of behavior tells me it starts at the top. Yes this is Madera California, a small town but that is zero excuse for telling customers you will provide a service, quote a price and then fail miserably to do what you said you could do, then play stupid like you never said it or make excuses for why suddenly you can't do quoted service at all but still charge the outrageous price as if you completed all agreed upon services. Shame on you. Customers beware.
