I had my car repaired at Bug’s Collision after an accident, and they did an amazing job! The car looks brand new, and the repair work was done with great care and attention to detail. Nathaniel provided excellent customer service. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even when the repairs took longer than expected due to some unfortunate circumstances, they went above and beyond by giving me rental reimbursement. I truly appreciate the work and care they put into helping me, and I highly recommend Bug’s Collision for quality repairs and outstanding service!

My car was backed in to in a small shopping plaza parking lot. My rear bumper was damaged. I took my car to Bugs Collision to have it fixed. They were able to fix the bumper and get it back to oem spec. The paint match was 10/10. Very easy to work with and professional, since then I have had other projects painted by them. Highly recommend. Best shop in Stockton.

Let me just start off with this family business is one of thee best when it come to customer service and satisfaction i have brought many cars here and the work is A1 EVERYTIME Nathaniel once went above and beyond and painted a piece for me that i added to my vehicle and that was very kind I’ve also had my sister and mom bring their cars here an they would say the same about them i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to come to them just remember when fixing your vehicle you want quality and that is what you will get and also if your insurance say they won’t warranty the work if you go out of network that’s ok Nathaniel and his team stand on their work and will always fix it if it isn’t right with that being said thanks to Nathaniel and the bugs team for always being my go to for vehicle
