I would not recommend this place for repairs. They had my new car for a week, and when I picked it up (after returning my rental), I noticed it hadn’t been fully fixed — plus, they had scratched up my paint. They told me to bring it back on Monday. When I returned, I had to explain multiple times that I’d already returned the rental and would have no car to drive in the meantime. They eventually set me up with a loaner, which was supposed to be returned within two days once my car was done. I was told I’d receive a call when it was ready (they estimated the end of the week). After nearly another week, on the fifth day, I called to follow up and told them I’d be leaving for a trip that weekend and they could take their time with my car. Poor service, about 3 hours for simple oil change, even with an appointment. Service man had put my keys on wrong peg in office and it wasn't until I asked about my car 3 times that the clerk finally checked more closely. Car had sat out at the back of the service line all this time. Never had this problem with previous owner.

Still finding issues weeks later. The latest is the paint on the hood looks someone either ran a wire wheel next to it, or its slag from a cutoff wheel. Every excuse in the books will be used to delay the return of your vehicle in substandard condition. It was a tremendous fight just to get the substandard service I received. Customer beware.

This service would not have been necessary if the work had been performed correctly the first time. This is the third time I had to take the Terrain in for brakes. ALL four of the brakes were making noise. I am hoping that I won't have to go back for a fourth time.

I do not think it should take 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. You should establish an express service for oil change. This is not the first time it has take 2 plus hours for such service..
