DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! This can't be stressed enough. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! We had are car towed to shop 06/05/2025. He claimed to have ran test 06/06/2025. He knew EXACTLY what was wrong. (His Words). Would have it up and running in no time. Days, Weeks, Months pasted parts begin to get delayed. (ALL LIES). We finally put our foot down and said we are picking up car 09/05/2025 after constant lies and excuses. Jarrodd Buck then says I'll trail behind you I want to test drive one more time. We agreed. We pull out the lot and are car doesn't even start. He flags us down and says I gotta look at it a little more. No Sir we are done. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Brought my car in to get a new transmission. Paid $4k upfront. Kept getting multiple excuses of why it wasn't fixed yet. Excuses ranged from his kid being sick to a tax appointment to parts being delayed. After a month, I picked up my car and saw my transmission in the trunk. Worker said a new transmission was never ordered. Had to pay to tow it to another shop and they had it replaced in three days! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

That place is a joke. I went to get my transmission looked at. Three months and $7,000 later. Still had to take it and get it repaired somewhere else. I heard every story in the book. Why it took so long. I'm not going to get into the storytelling. But I sure let the state know. Do not go to this place it is a rip off.. there's a reason they're always wanting help. You go here to get your car repaired it's your own fault that they took your money. There is no warranty you can forget about that. You might get a two mile warranty.

UPDATE 8/2: still no response from business owner. After posting this, got a message from someone on Yelp asking for more detail about. Turns out he’s in a similar situation where Jarrod will not warranty the work or call / text him back. ORIGINAL POST: Long story of how I got here but high points are: - Jarrod doesn’t hit his own timelines (great salesman, poor execution) - does not warranty his work (will not respond to texts) - will say he has fixed something and hasn’t touched it Has many lawsuits against him for the same stuff I’m talking about. Don’t go here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You will not get your money's worth.If you get your vehicle fixed at all. If you are fine, not getting your vehicle back for a couple months and you don't actually want it fixed then this is the place for you.
