I’d give negative if possible. Trying to hold our car hostage and trying to make us pay +$400 for made up fees after we told them where they were to drop it. Instead they took it to their own place to try and take it from us because in his eyes ‘it looks totaled so you should surrender it to me’. Sir that is not how the world works and it is so unbelievably unprofessional to have to deal with that after a traumatic accident that involved two young kids. Twisted place.
