Wow what an experience. I was looking online for an Alfa Romeo giulia. I noticed this one at bumble auto in Ellicott city ,MD. I started the process of looking into the car but still was not sure what to expect because I live in Columbus Ohio. I started to talk with Chris and he went over everything with me all my questions and concerns it was like talking to a life long friend. I asked Chris to send me some pictures and not only did he do that he literally sent a video of him starting the car and walking all around it. I have made up my mind at this point I want the car we go over everything and he send out the paperwork. I receive the paperwork after a couple days and send it back the same day I received it. Shopping Bumble Auto, Ellicott City? Chris is your guy. Our first completely online purchase went smooth as hell, with a great APR and used car warranty. We went on the site, told them the car we liked, and Chris followed up almost immediately. He told us about the car, then sent it to his garage to make sure it was in tiptop shape, and we started the purchasing process. Because it was fully online, there was a few hiccups which Chris went over and beyond to make our purchasing process easy. He contacted us daily with updates, all the way until we had the keys in our hands. We live over 5 hours away, but once he got the greenlight from the bank, we had the car within a day or two. Not only was the customer service great, the car is great too. We are extremely happy.
