Bumper Superstore

I placed an order for ARB locker parts that took over 6 weeks to fulfill and the i was shorted some of the parts. I emailed them and I'm still waiting for a reply or my parts.

I ordered a bumper that showed "in stock" on July 30, 2024. I have placed many phone calls and rarely get anyone to answer and when they do they say they will look into it. It is now October 4, 2024 and I still have not received my bumper and I can not get anyone on the phone and they are not answering my emails. On the web site it claims 5 star customer service and that is an outright lie, false advertising. I will never again order anything from this place. I am thinking I may need to call a lawyer to get my money back. With the amount of money I paid without receiving a product it is a felony.

I wish I would’ve used someone else. I spent so much money on these bumpers. $3,320 to be exact. I was really excited to use a local company to purchase the front and rear bumper for my Toyota Tacoma. I ordered the bumpers in early March and the store told me that the front bumper would come in in the fall and that the rear bumper was already in stock and that it would come in soon. Three months later I got the front bumper but never received the rear bumper. When I finally called them they said it mysteriously never even shipped. Then when I called back days later it apparently shipped but there was no tracking number. Needless to say still have not yet received the back bumper. All of that aside, when we installed the front bumper the instructions were an absolute joke! A couple of hazy

Be very cautious. Check the Google Street View of the business. I ordered $2775 work of Ranch Hand bumpers. Received a tracking number and received a notice that the shipment had been scanned in to the local terminal and a phone notice to receive the shipment the following day. The shipment had not arrived 3 days later. Neither the shipper nor Bumper Superstore responded to my calls. This business may be an internet scammer. Not recommended.

I placed my $1050.00 bumper order on December 4,2017. After they emailed support aying it would have to be made. I emailed a reply stating that it was a Christmas gift and asked if it couldn’t be here by Christmas how could I cancel my order. I was emailed back saying since I was in Texas my bumper would arrive by Christmas. I do still have copies of all our emails back and forth. Well I received the bumper a week AFTER Christmas and only after several very rude emails from the company. They were very disrespectful and just didn’t care that I was upset about being lied to just to get my money. Then the bumper not only arrives a week after Christmas but it arrived a welded steel with absolutely no color and not the powder coat black that I ordered. I suggest anyone who wants any product
