I was just told by management at the store that when you buy a Moog ball joint or moved part you're buying the lifetime warranty once. If that part happens to mess up in 3 weeks and you come back to refund or warranty they only give you the part and tell you no more. I now go to the Bentonville store because they honor moves warranty which is a lifetime warranty

Down Home Great! Each time I go to Bumper To Bumper, I have typically looked elsewhere first. Local, online, dealer's service center. Either I can't find what I'm looking for or the prices are counter-intuitive to my budget. So then I go to Bumper To Bumper and wonder why in the world I wasted time and effort looking anywhere else. In this case, it was wipers. Last time I replaced them (yeah, years ago) I got them at Bumper To Bumper at a great price and they put them on for me. This time, just the same ... great price and on a rainy day they put them on for me. I expect these will last years like the last ones, and as such, have made a note to myself to be sure to return to Bumper To Bumper, and not just for wipers, but for the other things my car needs from time to time.
