Bumper To Bumper - Batesville

My semi truck was very low on oil today at a drop. I called another company who referred me to these guys here. And Bumper 2 Bumper saved the day. They delivered me four gallons. Without them I would have been stranded and had to call a tow service. These guys saved me $1800+. And I’m very thankful. Not every hero wears a cape, but the speed they used to take care of me you would think a cape was apart of their uniform! Thanks again

Called them on the phone on 11-25-23. Spoke with TONY. I was looking for a tail light for a Semi-Truck. Before I could explain what I needed he cut me off and said I would just have to come look and see if I could find what I needed. I told him I had a a part number if that would help. He said " no probably wouldn't do any good. I hesitated for a moment not knowing what else to say. So I just said " Well partner I sure appreciate all your help!" to which he replied "YEP" and hung up. So I called Advanced Auto and spoke to Derrick. Within 3 min he knew exactly what I need walked to the shelf and confirmed it was there and had it laying on the front counter when I arrived.

Had a long hydraulic hose made here for my Cat 305 excavator that would have cost me a fortune through the Cat dealer. Employees made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Came in here for 3 parts I knew the bill was high but got home and looked at my receipt and was charged for 4 parts they doubled the highest part. This store is not even listed on the bumper to bumper crow Burlingame website. Wonder why?
