Do not do business with this place. Especially if you plan to pay with a debt card over the phone. They charged my bank account twice for the same part and said it was an accident. The transaction stayed pending on my bank account for 10 days then just disappeared. My bank can't explain it and neither can they. I'm missing 112.85 because someone there was to incompetent to use a credit card machine.

Called Preston and Shelbyville location and ordered exact paint for my car. They mix it and put it into a Aerosol Can and it matches perfectly. And then you can get it sent to a closer store. Very satisfied, one day turn around.

They have a good inventory of common parts. They are reasonably priced and I trust the parts they carry over AutoZone any day of the week. I am willing to drive the extra 10 minutes past AutoZone to purchase parts from them, even if it costs more. That should tell you something. They've earned my business for the last 5 years since I started going there.

Hands down the cheapest brick and mortar parts store in Louisville. They are a bit unorganized and very old school, but the friendly service and incredible savings more than compensate for any mild inconvenience you may experience. And when I say less expensive, I truly mean it. The part I needed for my vehicle was nearly twice the amount at places such as Napa, autozone, and advanced. O'riellys doesn't even carry parts for my vehicle besides air filters belts etc. My vehicle is a very common model manufactured within the last decade.

Rude and don't care about the walk in customer. Revised There attitude improved so much I get most of my parts there. One of the few real auto parts stores left. They carry the old brands I know.
