The BEST!!!! After losing a brake on the highway we came across Mike at Bunker, He went out of his way, staying open past closing, to help us to get safely on our way. He is knowledgeable, friendly and fair!! Mike even called the next morning to make sure all had gone well! We left feeling confident that we were ok to continue on our trip. I would highly recommend Bunker Automotive!!!

I was literally stranded on the side of the road, halfway between Madison and the Twin Cities (pulled off at a gas station in New Lisbon when my car lost almost all power), I looked up mechanics nearby, saw Bunker and called. They immediately got me in for a diagnostic of my Hyundai Ioniq Plug-in Hybrid. (They said they'd never seen one in their shop before, but they could plug 'er in!) The outstanding service tech (Marshall) was really friendly and spent about 20 minutes helping me to diagnose and understand the error code that was thrown—in a cold downpour, I might add. When I had asked over the phone how much he would charge me for the visit, he said "I don't know if we'll be able to do the work for you, but no charge for the diagnostic." Mike Bunker is back fixing my vehicle very easy to work with dose fixing very good and we fixed the pasted up everything good now Mike is best mechanic around and fixs some cool vehicles and worker is good mechanic to and they both awesome job fixing vehicles for everyone.
