If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who does great work, go to Burbank Auto Doctor. Mike is the best, as a woman in my 20s I have always been treated really kindly and fairly here which can be hard to find at auto shops but I would recommend Burbank Auto Doctor to anyone. They always do great work with perfect attention to detail, they're always upfront and transparent about what work needs to be done and their prices are very fair. I grew up working on cars with my dad and when I moved to Burbank a few years ago, we came in together to get my brakes replaced after driving my car here from out of state and my dad was happy to be leaving me and my car in great hands! Thank you Burbank Auto Doctor for giving me (and my dad!) peace of mind and keeping my car in great shape.

Just FYI, they will not take the work if you bring your own parts. Forgot the name of the person I spoke to on the phone, But as soon as I said I have the parts for the job already, he told me he wouldn't do it and he would be "losing money on the job" which doesn't really make sense to me, but hey, I don't own an auto shop and I don't know how their finances work. I'm sure they do good work, but if you have your own parts, they may not be willing to do the job.

At first I thought; "Wow," 22 reviews and they are all five stars. Maybe someone made a mistake?.... After taking my 98 Jeep Wrangler TJ to get A/C installed I've seen first hand why everyone rated this business a five star rating. Customer service was professional and pleasant. Pricing was ABSOLUTELY FAIR. And the work was quick, efficient, and most importantly done by Professionals. I recommend if you have any automotive problems take it to Burbank Auto Doctor because the name truly represents a Doctor's quality experience.

Ben and Mike are the best! Honest, prompt, and very reasonable rates. I couldn't find an intake problem after rebuilding my motor so I brought the Wagoneer in. They found a vacuum leak inside the firewall/dash the same day, I had been struggling with that problem for a couple months. Thank You!!!
