Not only did they complete the insurance repair quickly and flawlessly, but they also took care of a small additional repair I needed outside of the claim. To top it off, they detailed my car inside and out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Raffi and the team were great to work with in my insurance collision claim repair. While Burbank Collision Center was not one of the “recommended” repair centers from my insurance, we have the right to choose our own provider. I chose Burbank Collision Center for their great reviews and am happy to add my own. We had a difficult time communicating with my insurance, but Raffi was able to get everything cleared up and covered with them and my rental car. The repair took longer than expected due to a manufacturer’s part, but the team was very communicative throughout the process and keeping me updated. The car looks good as new.
