Burbank Express Car Wash

The duration of the wash itself is about 5 to 7 minutes per car. It does an ok job. Job gets down. Downside is sometimes you have to wait a long time before it's your turn if it's busy. So do not go there if you happen to be in a hurry. And most times vacuums are available. Just once i waited for over 10 minutes to be able to use one. Oh, i always go in the morning around 8:50. Maybe at a later time it's not as busy.

Just went here and got home to see this car wash messed up my front / completely ripped the light on the right side. Idk what to even do

Honestly, it’s okay. It’s literally the closest car wash to my house in Burbank. Alternatively, you can go to the HWB, which isn’t that far either, and you get a real hand-washed car experience. My only complaint is that it’s not an “express” wash. The car stays still, and you have to wait once it’s done. I’ve waited on average about an hour or more in line. On the other hand, the prices are fair enough. The setup for the vacuums is not convenient at all. You have to drive all the way around the street to get to it. If they could possibly remodel and reconfigure everything, I can see this as the number one spot for a car wash place and make it that express feeling every time. But overall, it’s not that bad. They do a great job on my Tesla’s paint. Overall, I’d rate it 3/5.

The quality went downhill at this carwash. I used to come often but I noticed how the line wasn’t as long as it used to be this time. And I can see why. The wash pressure is so low it’s not gonna wash anything, and then the vacuum turned off so fast I only vacuumed the driver seat? The dryer part of the wash turned off at 7 seconds robbing me of 7 seconds drying time. I feel like I just got scammed!

Appreciate the free vac after although you have to exit the wash, turn down the street and come in the back entrance. The line took forever, around an hour. I really wish they had a 2nd wash line. But also, I gave the lower rating because my back up sensors came off in the wash (which has never happened at a car wash in the 10 years I've had the car) and the front hood didn't get fully washed (see pic).
