Burbank Smog & Auto Center

I’ve only ever had to smog a car twice in my life, maybe thrice, but I came here each time. They’re friendly every time, and it’s quick. I never have had any issue with passing smog, so that might be why my experience was so nice and easy, but next time it comes up I’ll likely come here again. Each time I waited maybe 20 mins at most, and paperwork has always been transmitted to the DMV properly. If you need to have smog done then go to the left side of the garages, for some reason I always think to go on the right but it’s the left side.

I used to work and live in the area, someone at work recommended me about Burbank Auto and Smog, I am no longer working and living in Burbank but I still trust John the owner, I rather drive to Burbank just for my cars check up and repair for the last 10 years, John is not only a very knowledgeable technician also a super honest guy who you can always trust him👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve been here twice, once a year ago for smog check and again for an oil change and to inspect my check engine light being on. John was quick, thorough, kind and so fair. I would encourage everyone to bring their car here for any services

Tried this place from a recommendation but wasn't too happy. Went in for smog, they hooked up the machine, 5 minutes later they tell me the monitors aren't ready yet. Then charge me $45 for that. They say I have to go drive it more to get all the systems up but when I come back they will change me another $31. I won't have a problem if they did free retesting but wow, I feel like I got dooped on this one. I'll take it somewhere else. Keep your $45 for 5 minutes of work.
