We were on our way home from an ice fishing trip in the allagash and we had a break down a ways outside of ashland. Burby repair and towing was very prompt. We had broken down on a hill, towing a snowmobile trailer in a blind spot. Not the most ideal place. They got to us in under an hour. Amazing customer service and fair rates. Thank you for savings our butts!
The absolute worst service ever they think just because they are the only mechanic around the area they can just screw people over no big deal 😡 they will tell you they will fix it then you get your vehicle back and nothing fixed and things now don't work that did when it was dropped off. I'd love to know who does the inspection for his kids vehicle's 🤔 All lies is what you will hear from this place and nothing else !!!
Pulled me out of a snowbank within 20 minutes Of calling and for a fair price. Good people!
Says they’re open at 7:30, nobody answered the door and nobody picked up the phone.
