I purchased a 2025 pumo camper in May. I got down sick and was not able to use it. They told me that the unit was antifreeze. So when I took it out for the first time camping I hooked the water hose and pressure device to the camper. Water begin coming from the tankless hot water unitI had the lifetime warranty on the camper. That's the tankless hot water unit had froze and busted. And it would cost me around $800 to fix it. And I just had it in there in May for the inspection which cost me $170.00. So I have nothing good to say about the company.

We broke a leaf spring shackle bolt coming into West Virginia on a Friday afternoon. Burdette Camping Center worked with us and we were fixed and back on the road in 45 minutes. Thanks for unbelievable customer service!! Mike and Nancy

We were traveling in the area and had gone without water in our rv for 3 weeks. I went in and the service I received was absolutely fantastic. The Owner, Tech, and Counter people were friendly and went beyond to help me while I waited there with my dogs outside. I wish this shop was in my home state. Thank You

Military members: they don't offer discounts here. Read below. Went here last Saturday. We had called in advance to ask for if you had a Dometic 320 toliet. We were told yes. After a 40 minute drive, the parts guy told us no don't have that model??? He said another staff member mislead us and we should have talked to him. Huh? How were we to know the co worker was wrong. Then the parts guy tried to talk us out of our decision to buy the 310 model. We knew from online forums and YouTube Videos that the Dometic would fit in our Solitude. When we were checking out my husband asked the same clerk, do you offer a military discount? Hubby served/retired w 39 years and proof of service, the clerk said "No we don't offer a discount because Biden is in office" ok we are ok if the store policy
