Super shady and astonishingly RUDE... we found a good deal so we made a 3 HR trek and took a day off of work. Prior to coming, I spoke with Jim on 4 separate occasions to make sure the car was in perfect condition and we were assured it was in MINT. When we got there, the car was filthy and the entire front quarter, door panel, and mirror had been clearly in an accident. The manager, Greg Southward, lied that they never saw that before... (Even though we called again day of before making the drive). We were still interested in buying it to fix ourselves, but Greg was so rude, lowered the price by a fraction of what it would cost to fix and literally stormed off the lot. Purchased a used (2 year old) Subaru WRX from Burke while trading in a Subaru Imprezza. It started off as a great and friendly experience. Nick, my sales person, did a great job answering questions and addressing issues. I was also happy that my mega platinum plus gold etc... extended warranty (whatever they call it) I purchased for my previous Subaru was able to be transferred to this car. When test driving the car, I noticed a vibration in the steering when traveling at speed (The faster you go the more noticeable it is). I mentioned this to the sales person who said they would fix it along with fixing some minor paint issues (they did a good job fixing the paint). Disappointed. The salesmen told us that the car I was specifically interested in had not been repainted, etc, however upon arriving there were multiple door/body panels with issues. Not only that, but scratches galore - when I asked about these two things. The whole thing was quite shady, the sales office was run-down inside and the whole thing from start to finish left me *very* uneasy. Stay away.
