Had a windshield replaced due to a hairline crack a few weeks back. The car's auto bright dimming feature was not calibrated correctly. I do appreciate they made a mobile stop to try and fix it. This did not take and they needed the car back. My wife and I drove across town again and dropped it off again. Was told the auto dimming was a known problem with the model (never a problem before with this car). Got the car back, said "hopefully it's fixed but it might fail again." Well now my autodimming is completely deactivated. Not a huge deal, but it is an expensive feature on a car to not have work and to have been told it's calibrated when it isn't. If you have a car with a lot of tech in it. I'm not sure this is the company you want as they don't seem to know how to fix it $1900 later.
