Awesome service! Got a flat tire driving from Denver to KC. Chadd and his team were quick to patch and had us back on the road within 30min. You can’t beat the level of customer service you’ll get here.
Unfortunately the fuel pump failed on our Suburban while traveling through Wyoming, but we were quickly put in contact with Shane, the local mechanic of Burlington, by a couple of people passing by. Shane came to our roadside location, diagnosed the problem and arranged for a tow service. Pioneer Automotive Repair (formerly Burlington Car Care)was able to replace the part and have us back on the road the very next morning! Pioneer Automotive Repair provided outstanding, quality service and Shane went above and beyond our expectations.
These guys are great! Always busy because they do great work. They don't do everything, but it is a great place to get fuel, general maintenance, minor repairs, tires, and parts!
Got me in the next day to get my tire fixed and oil changed in my car. Great customer service and excellent work.
