My 94 year-old father on oxygen needed a car and wanted to come up and see this particular vehicle. I called them to make sure of the price and that the car was still available. It is listed on Carfax as a great deal at $22,000. Problem is that’s not the real price. They wasted his time and let a 94-year-old man spend an hour driving and wasted at least an hour of his time and the price was $28,000. Their excuse is that there were other fees like tax and tags etc. tax should’ve been about $14-$1500 and we all know what tags run. These people are slimy and dishonest. We spoke with Ian and Levi initially. They are up to the same old car sales techniques that you would hope a professional company would have done away with by now. My experience with Burlington Hyundai was extremely disappointing. I first visited in late December after my previous vehicle was totaled. I came in ready to purchase, but the process quickly raised concerns. The salesperson barely communicated, and while I liked the vehicle after the test drive, the initial paperwork showed the car priced $4,000–$5,000 above market value. When I met with finance, I didn’t feel like my questions were clearly explained. Instead, I was strongly pushed toward the most expensive package without much transparency. The overall experience gave me enough pause that I decided to step back before making such a major financial decision. I had a truly great experience upgrading from my 2022 Santa Cruz to the 2025 model. Christian Chavez was amazing to work with—extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond to every question, and genuinely focused on making sure the truck was exactly what I was looking for. The process felt easy and stress-free. Cassie Kerwood in finance was just as wonderful and made all of the paperwork simple and painless. The entire team made this such a positive experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my new truck. I recently purchased a Palisade from Christian Chavez at Burlington NJ Hyundai. This was by far the smoothest, most efficient and least stereotypical car sales experience we have ever had. Christian did not harass me with texts, did not keep me at the dealership for 4 hours, and he was well informed about the various models and trims of the vehicles I was interested in. When I get my next Hyundai, I will be back to work with Christian. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, do your research, and call Christian Chavez. A++++++
At first this was a 5 star experience, the process was super smooth and Mike was beyond excellent in working with me for my out of state transaction. Polite, friendly, professional- he’s a top tier sales guy. Car was delivered to me without incident, and I loved my new wheels. Apparently Texas title and tag is a bit backlogged, 8 or so weeks out, no big deal. Figured I’d get a new paper tag to bridge the gap and keep on moving until I can get my permanent plates. Got my first paper tag reissue, no problem. That brings us to the end of October… Called and requested a new paper tag around Oct 30, as my tag expired Nov 2nd. Got my overnighted tag the next day, but the dates were wrong. Temp tag was issued on Oct 31, but expired Nov 1. No big deal, probably a typo, thought I’d just the sale
