Had a wonderful experience with our salesman Paul today!! He was kind, listened to our wants/needs, made sure we were comfortable, and was very patient. Duane in finance was quick and efficient and we left in a beautiful Kia Carnival that we absolutely love!! I would highly recommend Burlington Kia to anyone looking for a positive experience where the staff will treat you well and you will leave without feeling like you wasted your time.

We had an incredible experience purchasing my new car at Burlington Kia, specifically with John Ayhan. We had narrowed down our car search to a few top picks, but after meeting John at Kia the first time for a test drive, we were pretty much sold. My husband and I (and our family members) are detail oriented and thorough about big purchases/decisions, which can be very annoying and tedious in this type of situation, but John was incredibly patient and took care of us like the pro he is. My experience at Burlington Kia was great! I went twice, first to see what kind of car I was interested in and then I went back a few weeks later to finalize my purchase. I worked with Diana, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. The whole staff was just great to work with and I wasn't there all day long which is always a plus!
