I had an amazing experience buying my first car at Burlington Motors. Bruce is such fair and understanding guy and honestly wants what’s best for you the buyer. This was this first time I’ve ever bought a car and he was so kind and walked me through the whole process, we had a few bumps along the way (100% on my end!) and he was extremely patient. My car was ready really fast and it’s in perfect condition, it looks brand new! It drives well and I can tell it was well taken care of. I had such an amazing experience with Bruce! I live a little while away and he made sure everything was set with car( up to date services and inspection) I only had to make 2 trips 1) to test drive and sign paperwork and 2nd to pick up my car, that had a full tank of gas might I add! I had a great experience working with Bruce at Burlington Motors. I submitted an inquiry online, heard back the same day, and Bruce was great about getting me all of the information that I would need up front. There were no surprises, I knew what the car would cost, and they made sure I was comfortable with the condition of the vehicle by sharing a carfax history, a test drive, and letting me talk to the mechanic who serviced the vehicle. I am cautious about buying used cars which are not certified by a manufacturer/dealer, but if I am going to buy used I'll do it with Burlington Motors.
