Burlington Volkswagen Parts Department

I will not order from VW Parts Vortex again. I placed a significant order of over $500 including shipping (which at $188 was very high). They provided me with one tracking number for the entire order, but a box arrived with only the low value small parts in it. I contacted VW Parts Vortex via their website, no response. The next day I called Burlington VW parts dept, straight to voicemail, I left a message and received no response. I called again the next day and spoke to an employee who said he would check into it, revived no call back. After a week I submitted a claim through PayPal, and have received a refund for the cost of the parts, minus tax and shipping, which was a fairly large sum. I have ordered a few things in the past from these guys and never had a problem, but I am very non

They shipped and charged me for wrong part; I later returned it after they committed to shipping correct item but never received it. They don’t respond to follow-up emails nor calls. It seems to be a scam (after reading similar reviews).

Order in a excess of $500 .... 3 weeks later and no sign of shipment, no return emails/calls. ASSUMED ordering from a VW dealership parts department would be safe ..... Well, as the saying goes 🤬 I'll give it another week for updated information and/or receipt of parts, otherwise I will be claiming a charge back on to my card issuer.

Complete lack of customer service. I ordered the wrong parts and emailed them twice to ask about returning the incorrect parts and ordering the correct ones and asked for confirmation on the part numbers so the mistake wouldn't happen again. No response at all. Stay clear of doing business with Parts Vortex.

I ordered the wrong part and was told I would receive a refund if I ordered the correct part and returned the old part -shipping. I sent back the part and have never received a refund. I have contacted them via email and then phone when I did not receive a refund and was told again that I would receive one and now they have stopped responding to me via email.... I will never order from them again and highly recommended you never buy parts from this horrible place. -1 stars
