Had the heat/protective shield under engine come loose and dragging on the ground. Burnett placed on rack and placed a couple screws in to hold it back in place. Waited about 20 minutes and back on the road. Check in was very professional, pleasant and understood issue. Good group oh fellows.

My husband accidentally bent the sideview mirror of our kia carnival pulling out of our garage. Kia wanted to charge us 2k to replace the entire thing. Burnett auto just popped it back into place, good as new, and they didn't even charge us for it. This week I thought I messed up our other car, I assumed it had an engine issue (turned out to just be the undercarriage) because of the terrible noise it was making while running. Took it to Burnett, they fixed it (and replaced a broken blinker, and addressed a leaky tire), for eighty bucks. Legitimately the only auto shop where I have gotten GOOD news (twice!). Appreciate their efficiency and honesty.

Burnett is the best! Best mechanics that are very professional and honest. I recommended them to family members and we all depend on Burnett for any car issues. I trust their work and they also have great prices on tires and will price match if I find any tires for less.

Burnett’s was timely, informative and answered all my questions without showing frustrations or being condescending. They truly wanted to help find the issue I was having which turned out to be a crack in my gasket which was causing issues with my engine. I’m very happy they caught it. They were thorough and reasonable! I would go back here!

Excellent service. I had a wonderful experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I informed and updated about the repairs throughout the entire process.
